Wild Cinnamon Honey
Wild Cinnamon Honey is produced by one of our local honeybee, Apis Cerana, The bee hive is located under Cinnamon tree in Malaysia forest. The Cerana bees were foraging mostly from the flowers in Cinnamon trees. Harvesting of honey was done after it is matured so that no secondary process is needed to further evaporating the water content in the honey. The honey was extracted, filtered and straight into the bottle.
