Bitter gourd Honey
Wild Bitter Gourd Honey is produced by one of our local honeybees, Apis Cerana; the beehives are in the middle of wild Bitter Gourd bushes in Malaysia forest. The Cerana bees were foraging mostly from the Bitter Gourd flowers. Harvesting of honey was done after it matured so that no secondary process was needed to further evaporate the water content in the honey. The honey was extracted, filtered, and straight into the bottle.
Wild honey is a good energy source as it primarily contains monosaccharides, which are readily usable by the human body. It is the best form of sugar for people who want to lose weight.
Bitter Gourd is well known for its detoxification and cooling properties. It is the best choice for people who sleep late, are overweight, have bad skin complexion, or feel tired due to high stress.
