March 2020 It was fun to share the honey harvesting experience with Beppe. We meet a few months ago and I share my bee conservation work with him. He created special delicacies using my honey and put up in his restaurant menu in the Singapore Gallery. To help to promote the delicacies, he makes it a must-have dish for every customer. I really appreciate his support and invited him to come to the Bee garden and harvest honey together with me. It is the first time for him to eat freshly harvested Apis Cerana honeycomb in a bee garden in Singapore.
